The Indian National Centre for Ocean Information Services (INCOIS), Ministry of Earth Sciences (MoES), Government of India, is proud to host the International Indian Ocean Science Conference (IIOSC) from 1-5 December 2025 at INCOIS, Hyderabad. The IIOSC is expected to attract around 500 participants and will serve as platforms for national and international experts, scientists, engineers, policy makers, and stakeholders to engage in discussions on the latest advancements in ocean science and technology.

Participating in the exhibition will provide your organization with a unique platform to demonstrate your latest offerings, connect with key stakeholders, opportunities for knowledge exchange, collaboration, and actively contribute to the discourse surrounding sustainable ocean practices.

The fee details of arranging an exhibit, sponsoring the events and advertisement in the souvenir are provided below:

1. Event Sponsorship fee details

  • Each stall will be provided with 3 Spot Lights, 1 Table, 2 chairs, facia up to 26 characters, 5Amp plug points - 4 no's.
  • The exhibition stalls will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. The fees cover the registration and participation of two participants per stall, in the conference.
  • Sponsor's and exhibitor's logo will be prominently displayed on the inaugural stage backdrop and entry to the exhibition pavilion.
